Christ is Risen - Alleluia!
This morning we had a beautiful service at St John's which included beautiful singing from Rose Bruford College and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

A Reminder of the Notices:
Many thanks to everyone who has made the Holy Week services possible.
Thank you to Rose Bruford College for raising our hearts with the beautiful singing this morning - we hope you will join us again in future services.
Some of our usual events stopped last week for Holy week, but all will resume again this week, with the exception of Morning Prayer on Wednesday.
Next Saturday morning Sandra's Bible Study group takes place - 10am at St John's
The Electoral roll is now closed, and the APCM takes place in three weeks - Sunday 11th May after the service. If you would like to find out more about becoming part of the PCC or becoming a Churchwarden, please speak to Canon Cathy or one of the ministry team.
The Flowers this week have been sponsored by Denise in memory of her mum, Natasha in memory of her mum and Pat in memory of her husband Guy.
We wish Peter and Lynda and anyone else celebrating this week, a very Happy Birthday!
After the service we celebrated Canon Cathy becoming a Canon with Cake and Bubbles!
Coming up this week:
All of our usual events will take place this week with the exception of Morning Prayer on Wednesday.
At Place of Welcome there will be a St Georges day quiz and Bexley Age UK will be carrying out Part 2 of their MOT assessment for those aged over 50.
Monday 7pm - Joyful Voices rehearsal.
Tuesday 9:30am- 11:30am - English lessons for Ukrainian speakers.
Tuesday 2.30pm - Singing for the Brain - a relaxed and informal dementia singing group
Wednesday 9am - NO Morning Prayer at St John's
Wednesday 10-1pm - Place of Welcome at St John's - free coffee, cake, children's corner, wifi and more. St Georges Day Quiz and Bexley Age UK will be carrying out part 2 of their MOT assessment for those aged over 50.
Wednesday 8pm-9:30pm - Bell Ringing Practice
Thursday 9.30-10am - Morning Prayer at All Saints - a short contemplative service of prayers, Bible reading and reflection.
Friday 9am - Morning Prayer at St John's - a short contemplative service of prayers, Bible reading and reflection.
Friday 10.30am-12 noon term time - Busy Bees Toddler Group - everyone is welcome if accompanied by someone age 4 or younger.

Saturday 26th April - Sandra Bible Discussion Group 10am - 11:30am
